Code of Conduct

Bloom is committed to providing a welcoming and safe environment for everyone.

Bloom 2027 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.

Expected behavior

  • Be respectful, considerate, and inclusive.
  • Use welcoming and inclusive language.
  • Be open to differing viewpoints and experiences.
  • Give and gracefully accept constructive feedback.
  • Focus on what is best for the community.

Unacceptable behavior

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form.
  • Sexualized language or imagery.
  • Personal attacks, insults, or trolling.
  • Publishing others' private information without explicit permission.
  • Disruption of talks or other events.

Reporting

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, please contact a member of the organizing committee immediately or email hello.bloomforum@gmail.com. All reports are handled confidentially.

Consequences

Participants who violate this code may be warned, removed from the conference without refund, or, in serious cases, banned from future Bloom events at the discretion of the organizing committee.
