BLOOM is committed to a welcoming, accessible conference for every student, educator, and partner.
BLOOM takes place at Indiana University South Bend. All conference spaces, including workshop classrooms, the auditorium, and the dining area, are wheelchair accessible. Accessible parking and entrances are available at the venue.
Requesting an accommodation
If you need an accommodation to participate fully in BLOOM, please contact the organizing team at least two weeks before the conference so we can plan with you. We can support large-print materials, dietary needs at the catered lunch, sign language interpretation, and quiet rooms during the day.
Sensory considerations
Workshop rooms are typical classroom environments. The networking lunch is held in a larger room with conversational noise. A quiet space is available throughout the day for any attendee who needs a break.
Allergies and dietary needs
The catered lunch includes vegetarian options by default. If you have other dietary needs, indicate them at registration or email us in advance so the caterer can plan accordingly.
